Tiger Cub Handbook The Tiger Cub handbook is intended to guide both the boys and their parents along the Cub Scout trail. The trail to Tiger begins with learning the Cub Scout promise, the Cub Scout sign, and the Cub Scout salute. Then it progresses toward 15 achievement activities that result in the boy becoming a Tiger. Once the boy has achieved the rank of Tiger he and his parent can choose 50 elective activities.
